HK Actress Louise Lee Is Absolutely Stunning In These Throwback Photos From 1978
Well, the 70-year-old star did get her start in showbiz by winning a beauty pageant at age 18.

Hongkong actress Louise Lee is quite the familiar face here, having starred in a number of local dramas over the years, with the latest being 2019’s Old is Gold, where she had a cameo appearance.
The veteran actress, who’s been in showbiz for close to 40 years, has appeared in so. many. projects over the years, from 1995’s A Kindred Spirit, to 2007’s Heart of Greed, which gave the actress her first Best Actress win.
Recently, however, the spotlight’s been cast on the 1978 drama, Vanity Fair, due in part to Louise’s Instagram post. As it turns out, the 70-year-old had come across some pictures from filming, which she promptly posted online.

She’s a born model
In the pictures, 28-year-old Louise hams it up for the camera in a plaid-and-beige outfit, drawing high praise from netizens and fellow celebs alike.
“Super good looking!” fellow Hongkong actresses Myolie Wu and Katy Kung gushed in the comments, while a netizen requested for Louise to “upload more throwback photos”.

Another commented that it was “no wonder Louise is known as Hongkong’s princess”, while others brought up the actress’s beauty queen past.

Louise got her start in showbiz by winning the 1968 Hong Kong Princess beauty pageant, which predates the Miss Hongkong pageants that we all know and love.
