Simon Yam has been given the all-clear after a man attacked him with a fruit knife at an event in China. The actor, who was rushed back to Hong Kong for a second surgery after the incident on July 20, has assured that all is well with him.

His manager, Mani Fok, has shared with the press that Simon is not going to seek compensation from event organisers, but wants to understand what happened and why the attacker went after him.
