Godfrey Gao’s Brother And Best Friend Have Unfollowed The Late Star’s Girlfriend On Instagram
Rumours claim it's because Bella Su posts too much about her late boyfriend.

Late Taiwanese stars Alien Huang and Godfrey Gao both died in the prime of their lives. And it was only after their deaths did their respective girlfriends go public with their relationships.
While there's been an outpouring of sympathy for both ladies, what's surprising is that some netizens have instead chosen to doubt the sincerity of their grief.
Alien’s girlfriend, Taiwanese cheerleader Wu Han Qun aka Qun Qun, was recently accused of using Alien’s death as a publicity tool by netizens, while 23-year-old Chinese influencer Bella Su has been criticised for posting about Godfrey too often.
Ridiculous, we know.
Now reports are saying that Godfrey’s second elder brother Charles Gao, and the late star's best friend, former basketball star James Mao, have unfollowed Bella on Instagram.
Wait, what?

One post too many?
In the 10 months since Godfrey’s death, Bella has taken to her socials periodically to post pictures of the late actor. She usually posts on special occasions, like Valentine’s Day or on their anniversaries.
Her most recent post about Godfrey was just last week, on September 23, which would have been his 36th birthday.
Following his passing, Bella, who had been dating Godfrey for three years, was heavily involved in his funeral arrangements. She also accompanied Godfrey’s body on the flight from China to Taiwan along with Charles. So it's safe to assume that she's close to Godfrey's family.

Uh, seriously?
But it seems that Bella might not exactly be on good terms with those closest to Godfrey anymore. Both Charles and James are no longer following Bella on Instagram, and the alleged reason for them unfollowing her is ‘cos she posts about Godfrey too often.

She's taking everything in her stride
While Bella did not respond directly to these speculations, she did upload a post on Instagram Stories on September 25, which pretty much indirectly addresses the issue at hand... we think.
“The point of tolerating disgrace is to be able to bear responsibility. If you want to have that responsibility, you’ll have to learn how to tolerate disgrace. If you can’t tolerate disgrace, how can you bear [any] responsibility! To feel wronged can also result in a satisfactory conclusion," read the first two paragraphs of the passage she quoted.
The passage then went on to describe being able to tolerate being bullied, enduring humiliation and jealousy, as well as forgiving past grievances as a process that allows us to grow up.
"Actually, after tolerating [such] disgrace, you’ll turn around, and view it from another perspective, with a vivacious smile, forget about everything, and continue on with your carefree life,” read the concluding paragraph. Bella also added two thumbs up emojis, and the words “understood” to her post.
On September 27, she uploaded a post on her Instagram, with a caption about self-love.View this post on InstagramA post shared by BELLA SU (@bella_navy4life) on Sep 27, 2020 at 4:22am PDT
“You’re not me, and I’m not you either. You’ll never be able to experience what other people are currently going through. All that we’ve experienced in the outside world is a projection of our inner reality. We will only be able to stop criticising others when we are truly free of any criticism towards ourselves,” read a part of her caption.
You got that, netizens?
