GFriend′s ′The Awakening′ Sells Over 100,000 Copies in Pre-Sales

GFriend has sold over 100,000 copies of their upcoming album The Awakening before it′s official release.

On March 5, GFriend′s agency Source Music shared, "GFriend′s 4th mini album ′The Awakening,′ whose pre-sale opened on February 27, has sold over 100,000 copies. They are consistently maturing after their 2015 debut." GFriend′s upcoming album has surpasses pre-sales of the girl group′s 1st studio album LOL, which was released in July 2016 and sold 60,000 before it′s official release.

The Awakening signifies opening your eyes to love. The album will include a total of 6 tracks including title track Fingertip and tracks Hear The Wind Song, Contrail, Please Save My Earth, Rain In The Spring Time and Crush.

Meanwhile, GFriend will release their new album The Awakening through a variety of charts at noon on March 6.
