$1.3K Glasses Sells Out Online After G-Dragon Wears Them To Take Drug Test In Police Station

South Korean rapper G-Dragon has been in the headlines recently over allegations of illegal drug use following a nationwide narcotics crackdown.

However, the leader of K-pop band Bigbang proved he is still very much a trendsetting fashionista when a pair of black-rimmed Jacques Marie Mage glasses he wore to the police station for a drug test sold out in the blink of an eye.

Though we think the cost of these glasses, which are made in limited quantities, might be spare change for G-Dragon, they still come with a hefty 1.27mil won ($1.3K) price tag. Not that affordable for mere mortals like us.

G-Dragon was first accused of illegal drug use in October though he has always maintained his innocence and denied all allegations via his legal representatives.

G-Dragon also took to social media and said, “Things must be made right and it is difficult to distinguish right from wrong at the beginning, so incorrect things [alleged drug abuse] may continue to exist for the time being. But this situation will not last long and everything will definitely get back on track.”
