K-pop superstar G-Dragon kicked off his Übermensch tour at the Goyang Stadium on March 29, thrilling some 60,000 fans with his high-energy performance.

But among the crowd, one fan caught the attention of many, including GD.

At the venue's handicapped seating area was a fan who was on a stretcher and required a breathing tube.

Despite her condition, she made it to the concert, an effort that did not go unnoticed by the star.

During the show, GD made his way through the crowd to get close and sing for the fan.

When other audience members noticed this, they began pushing and shoving to get close to GD, raising safety concerns.

According to a netizen who was at the concert, GD soon realised the crowd was getting out of control and “apologised and asked people to step back a little to avoid getting hurt.”

Clips of the incident went viral online, with many expressing their respect for GD and praising the star for his touching gesture towards the fan.

While some questioned his decision to venture into the crowd given the potential safety risks, others defended him, emphasising his good intentions and arguing that it was up to fans to behave responsibly.

"It's my [first time seeing] a whole dedicated section for wheelchair users at a concert... that's really inclusive and thoughtful," wrote a netizen.
