Film Producer Tiffany Chen Buys S$28.3mil Apartment For Son Jacky Heung & Daughter-In-Law Bea Hayden
It's apparently a push present for Bea, who just gave birth last month.
Now who doesn’t want a mother-in-law like Tiffany Chen?
The 61-year-old movie producer, who is married to equally influential film producer Charles Heung, recently showed off her son’s luxurious Beijing apartment on her Weibo, you know, like how any proud mother would. The only thing different is that the not-so-humble abode is reportedly a gift from Tiffany to her son actor Jacky Heung, 36, and daughter-in-law Bea Hayden, also 36, after the latter gave birth to their daughter last month.
An expansive view of the expensive living room
According to Apple Daily, the 4,844 sq ft apartment is located in Beijing’s CBD and is said to cost a whopping NT$600mil (S$28.3mil).
Tifffany, who is clearly very impressed with how the renovations turned out, wrote: “I thank the interior design team from the bottom of my heart. Their attention to detail, thoughtful design and heartwarming décor has allowed Jacky Heung and Bea Hayden to move into their Beijing home just by bringing their clothes.” In case you're wondering, the apartment is the brainchild of Chinese designer Shen Mo.
The apartment is said to have three rooms as well as a study, with the master bedroom so spacious that it not only has a walk-in wardrobe (like, duh) but a, wait for it, spa.
