A recent social media post showing an HDB estate with almost no Singapore flags on display got people wondering if hanging the national flag has become a fading tradition. Curious, we decided to check a few HDB blocks ourselves. In some of the estate we visited, we could count the number of Singapore flags hung per block on one hand.
