Concerts all over the world have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and in their place are live stream performances, featuring celebs singing from the comfort of their well-equipped homes.

Following the success of Global Citizen and Lady Gaga’s One World: Together at Home online showcase, China’s Alibaba has put together its own star-studded virtual charity concert, called Believe in the Future, to pay tribute to frontline workers and support the battle against the coronavirus.

Yesterday (May 4) marked the first of the three-day event, with big names like JJ Lin, Li Ronghao, G.E.M, Joey Yung, Coco Lee, Gary Chaw and many more lending their talents to the cause. However, the star who generated the most buzz is Faye Wong, whose last public performance was during her stint as a producer on variety show PhantaCity two years ago.
