Just like Malaysia, Canada announced that it would closing it's borders in a bid to curb the spread of COVID-19.

One of the people now trapped in Toronto is Hongkong actress Selena Lee, who is there to film Canadian television crime drama Blood and Water.

As she failed to secure a flight back home before the lockdown, she has no choice but to remain in the city until March 29 — the earliest scheduled flight back to Hongkong — if she manages to get tickets, that is.
