Ex Miss Hong Kong Contestants With No Filter When It Comes To Talking About Sex; Kate Tsui Had To Apologise For Saying What?

'80s TVB heartthrob Wilson Lam (林俊贤)'s daughter Denice Lam's victory at the Miss Hong Kong 2022 grand finals on Sun (Sep 25) has piqued people's interest in one thing: Former Miss Hong Kong delegates talking about sex.

The reason? It's all thanks to an interview Denice did years ago, where she casually revealed that she had five sexual partners.

When asked about her infamous statement after her big win, Denice said she was only trying to make herself stand out then and that she didn't expect her comment to stick with her for so many years. 

Well, the internet never forgets.

Thanks to Denice, Hong Kong media have compiled a list of past Miss Hong Kong contestants who also have no filter when it comes to sex. 

Kate Tsui, 43

In 2006, during an interview on HK actress Sheren Tang's show Sex In Mind (rough translation), the 2004 Miss Hong Kong winner candidly expressed her opinions on sex. At one point, she also declared that her "sexual partner cannot be shorter than [her] otherwise the position would be really awkward."

She then went on to talk about how her university friends in America were all really proactive in bed, while she's someone who can be both passive and proactive. 

Rumour has it that after the show aired, Kate was immediately called in for a meeting with her TVB bosses, who reportedly accused her of tarnishing the reputation of a "Miss Hong Kong". The actress also had to, on multiple occasions, publicly apologise for what she said on the show.

Crystal Fung, 28

The 2016 Miss Hong Kong winner is very forthcoming when it comes to talking about sex and would often bring up the topic as a host on TVB variety show Young and Restless. Once, she even said that her "inner thighs were wet", shocking everyone on set. 

Cindy Yeung, 35

The 2012 Miss Hong Kong contestant, who's now a YouTuber and entrepreneur, started a business selling sex toys on Instagram with her husband in 2014 and has since opened a number of brick-and-mortar stores in Hong Kong.

Cindy also occasionally takes to her Instagram to share about her sex life, and has covered topics like orgasms, fetishes and sexual techniques. She has even designed her own sex toys, which helped boost her business immensely.
