“EVA Air’s Prettiest Pilot” Is 29 And A Former Trainee Graduate Of Mega Girl Group AKB48

We don’t know about you but for some reason, male pilots always get a second gaze from us when we are at any airport.

This time, we think many will be looking out for some of their female counterparts after netizens are saying they have discovered Taiwanese airline EVA Air’s “prettiest pilot”.

Popular travel influencer Jiang Mi, whose day job is a flight attendant with EVA Air, said in a post last week that she has always looked up to female pilots.

She then shared a photo she took with pilot Wang Sing, whom she described as “the best female pilot in our company” as well as "friendly and super-pretty”.

She further praised Wang Sing, saying that “female pilots are better at anticipating possible issues and taking steps to carefully solve them” compared to most male pilots.

Naturally, many took to the comments section to shower more praise on Wang Sing.

Some sharp-eyed netizens also recognised Wang Sing as a former trainee graduate of Taiwanese band AKB48 Team TP, an off-shoot of the main Japanese girl group.

However, would-be suitors will be disappointed to know that Wang Sing is already taken. A quick check on her Instagram showed she and her partner celebrating their first anniversary in May this year.
