Eric Tsang, 69, Reportedly Gets Only 3 Hours Of Sleep Every Day Because Of His Insane Schedule

Being a celebrity is really more than just about the glitz and glamour.
What about having an insanely packed schedule that sees one getting a ridiculously small amount of rest every day?
For TVB general manager Eric Tsang, who doubles up as a host, can you even imagine how hectic a day in his life is?
According to a netizen who worked with the 69-year-old star, Eric gets only three hours of sleep a day.
Recently, said netizen, who had the opportunity to do a shoot at Eric's home, took to her social media to share her experience working with the star.
She first praised the time management skills and energy level of celebrities before going on to share Eric's schedule.
"Basically, he wakes up at 6am to play golf, goes for rehearsals at 11am, films a short video till 6pm. He has an hour or an hour-and-a-half to eat and do his hair and make-up, then he holds a live stream from 7.30pm till 1.30am," she revealed.
The netizen added that she only saw Eric "going to the toilet a few times" and that he "didn't get to rest at all".
That wasn't the end of his day though.
Eric apparently still had the energy to attend a celebratory dinner, which lasted past 3am.
Despite working till such long hours, Eric still got up for golf early in the morning the next day.
But what was perhaps most impressive for the netizen was how Eric managed to stay in high spirits the whole time despite how little rest he got.
We can totally vouch for that. When we met Eric last December, he was undoubtedly the most chirpy person in the room even after having a long day of back-to-back interviews.
Eric is apparently not the only star who's this energetic.
According to reports, actresses Anita Yuen and Cherrie Ying are known for being walking power banks. They would go straight to the airport after they finish their work just so they can make it to their next event. They would then head straight for rehearsals the moment they land.
The next day will involve them waking up early in the morning for hair and make-up. They will then go on live stream for four to five hours before flying off again for their next job.
