Forget about starting your own business. As it turns out, live streaming platforms are where the big bucks are. And '90s pop idol Eric Suen can attest to that. According to Hongkong media, the 47-year-old was paid over HK$50mil (S$9.2mil) to be the ambassador of Chinese live streaming platform Huya last year.
Since then, he has been making some serious cash, with media outlets claiming that Eric received close to HK$1mil ($183,845) in gifts during a two hour live stream.
