Eric Moo’s Daughter, Who Is Under Lockdown In Shanghai, Says It’s Harder To Buy Sanitary Pads Than Food Right Now

Not that she minds, of course, with the singer sharing in a Weibo post that she still “loves Shanghai”.

“It feels like my daily routine has been disrupted due to the self-isolation, and my mood’s not too good too," she shared, posting a short vlog of her daily life in Shanghai. Apart from exercising to keep herself active, Yonghuan added that she also keeps a daily journal.

Eric also shared Yonghuan’s post, adding a few words of comfort for his daughter.

“Daughter, cherish this experience that you’re spending alone, this is all part of growing up,” he wrote.

However, it seems like the isolation and uncertainty is getting to Yonghuan. A few days ago, she shared more in an Instagram Story.

“Shanghai barely has access to food during this lockdown, and there is also literally no access to buy essentials for women like pads and tampons. Been spending the whole morning trying to find some," she wrote.

Reports say that delivery apps and couriers have been overwhelmed by orders as residents turn to these services to get hold of their daily necessities.

“Apart from having a hard time buying food, it’s even harder buying sanitary pads,” she wrote in Chinese, before adding: “How long more will this lockdown last…”
