HK's First AV Star Erena So Posts Bare-Faced Selfie To Ask Netizens If They Think She's Had Plastic Surgery

Taylor Swift once sang that people throw rocks at things that shine and that's exactly what's happening to Hong Kong actress Erena So, whose popularity skyrocketed after she made headlines for becoming Hong Kong's first Japanese adult video (AV) star.

One thing about the 26-year-old is that she knows how to turn those unpleasant claims into news for herself. After all, in showbiz, there's no such thing as bad press.

Last night (Mar 23), Erena took to her Instagram to share a bare-faced selfie, in response to online chatter that she had work done to her face.

"Just found a picture. You guys help me see if this girl has undergone plastic surgery. Leave a comment to let me know," she wrote.

We're not sure what Erena was expecting but she did open up the floodgates for netizens to let loose on what they think about her looks. 

"Shrunk your nose, did your chin, saw you in an interview and it was so obvious," wrote one netizen.

Some also spoke up for Erena, saying that she's "naturally beautiful", while others retorted that it's perfectly fine even if Erena has had plastic surgery.
