Edison Chen, 41, recently shot a commercial for a Chinese beer company and in the video, he was asked for his views on money. Yes, it’s a strange topic since the product he's plugging is an alcoholic beverage, but seeing how the star loves to splurge on the finer things in liffe, we guess it's totally apt?
Edison, who has a three-year-old daughter with his supermodel wife Qin Shupei, admitted that money is very important because it can provide him and his family security. But when he was asked if he would give everything up to be rich, he said that “happiness is more important”.
“I’ve met many rich people before and they’re not very happy. Even if you have 30 billion dollars, your life may not be very good,” he added.
