Korean Macho Man Don Lee Turns 54 With Princess-Themed Bash

We knew Korean action star Don Lee aka Ma Dong Seok was a huge Hello Kitty fan, but we didn’t know the Train To Busan actor adored all things pink and girly too.

Don, who turned 54 on March 1, recently shared snaps from his birthday celebration on Instagram. And let’s just say it was not what we expected.

Dressed in a pink tulle cape, "Happy Birthday" sash, tiara with a wand in hand, Don can be seen posing in a room filled with cakes and bouquets.

There was also a photo of him smiling adoringly at his pink Hello Kitty cake with his nickname  "Mavely", a combination of his surname "Ma" and "lovely", on it.

His princess-themed celebration and adorable get-up, a striking contrast to his usual tough-guy persona on screen, left netizens in stitches.

Fans flooded his socials with comments like "Uncle’s soft side is just too cute!", "Who says a tough guy can’t have princess dreams?" and “I just want to gather all the Hello Kitty merch in the world and present it to Mavely!"

Some even joked that his biceps were bigger than the Hello Kitty cake.
