Heavenly King Jacky Cheung, 60, was a guest performer at the recent Miss Hong Kong 2021 finals, where he sang several of his classic hits and did a duet with Hongkong-based Malaysian singer Gin Lee.

Audiences were definitely excited to see the beloved superstar in action — according to reports, ratings for the live broadcast of the show peaked at 27.4 points, which is equivalent to approximately 1.8 million viewers, during Jacky’s time on stage.

And fans have TVB deputy general manager Eric Tsang to thank for getting Jacky on board. The singer had shared that he agreed to perform at the Miss Hong Kong pageant for the first time in 20 years ‘cos of his old pal Eric’s invitation.
