Di Ying rumoured to be retiring from the entertainment industry
The actress made no comment when asked about the rumours
Taiwanese actress Di Ying, who had flown to America after her son, Sun An Tso, who was found with suspicious items, that included a crossbow, bullets as well as a handgun and taken into police custody in March, arrived back in Taiwan in the wee hours of the morning today, as her visa was due to expire.
Dressed in all black, with a mask and cap on, the 56-year-old appeared alone, with no sign of her husband, Taiwanese actor Sun Peng, who had flown to America as well. The actress appeared haggard, and was seen contacting her husband on the phone.
When reporters approached the actress to verify rumours about her plans to retire from the entertainment industry, after becoming dissatisfied with the spending habits of those around her, Di Ying remained silent. She had a solemn expression on her face and boarded a car immediately upon leaving the airport.
Last Thursday (June 7), new charges were brought against An Tso in court, with the case being passed over to the US Federal court for follow-up.
