Chow Yun Fat Gives Foot Massages To His Tired Friends On Hikes, Says Veteran HK Actor Lo Hoi Pang

After Yun Fat found out about this, he suggested that his longtime friend go hiking with him. Hoi Pang, who hadn’t exercised for years, had trouble navigating the routes at the start.

However, Yun Fat never gave up on him and would drive to his house in the wee hours of the morning to bring the older man on hikes.

Now, Hoi Pang can jog up to 5km and takes up to two hours to finish a hike. When he gets tired, Yun Fat will massage his feet and calves so that Hoi Pang can feel better and carry on with the trek.

“[Yun Fat] is very good at giving massages, and I’m not the only person he helps out [during our hikes]. He helps anyone who needs it (…) I’m thankful for [his help]," said Hoi Pang.

Netizens have been full of praise for Yun Fat, with some of them even calling him “the kindest man alive”.
