Chinese actress Ma Ling got the shock of her life when her July electricity bill came up to a staggering 135,570 yuan (S$28.5k).

The 52-year-old shared her bill on Weibo on October 23, tagging the State Grid Corporation of China, which is a state-owned electricity company, to get them to explain themselves.
