It’s no secret that Hongkong actress Carman Lee is in great shape.
The 54-year-old, who was lauded as the “ Most Beautiful Xiao Long Nu ” after starring in TVB's 1995 adaption of The Return of the Condor Heroes, is more than happy to show off her 22-inch waist and even has abs to boot.
She attributes her toned bod to exercise, which she takes very seriously. She does weight and strength training exercises three times a week and is also a yoga enthusiast.
