“I Also Have Needs”: Chinese Singer Cai Xukun References Sex Scandal At Concert In Kuala Lumpur
Was the 25-year-old singer talking about what we think he’s talking about?
After getting canceled in China for allegedly having a one-night stand and forcing a woman to have an abortion, Chinese singer Cai Xukun seemingly disappeared from the public eye.
The last time the 25-year-old posted on Weibo was on Jul 3. Even his birthday on Aug 2 came and went without any fanfare on the Chinese Internet.
He is, however, still in-demand in this part of the world. And he held his first solo concert perform in Singapore on Jul 15.
However, some are suspecting that a comeback to the Chinese entertainment industry is around the corner.
Xukun had a concert in Kuala Lumpur last Friday (Oct 6) and during the gig, he surprised the audience with the release of a new song ‘Spotlight’.
Halfway through the concert, Xukun had netizens up in arms when he seemingly made references to his recent scandals.
“I am also a human being. I also have needs. I also have my preferences and I also have many possibilities that you don’t understand about me, right?” he said.
We can only infer what Xukun was talking about.
However, it seems his fans didn’t mind the references and cheered the singer on.
