Bruce Lee's Handwritten Letters Suggest He Secretly Abused Drugs
The letters mentioned his use of narcotics such as cocaine, LSD and cannabis.
Martial arts legend Bruce Lee is suspected to have abused drugs in the years before his death in 1973 at the age of 32.
Handwritten letters from the star to actor Robert Baker talked about his use of cocaine, LSD and cannabis. In one letter, Bruce asked Robert to send him “a large amount of cocaine” as he was “stoned as hell” and needed the drugs to get him into character for a movie role.
