Bosco Wong Reportedly Paid Double Of What Co-Star Raymond Wong Made For New TVB Drama

Recently, a list containing how much each of the cast of TVB blockbuster Dead Ringer earned for the drama has gone viral online.

The drama, which has ended its run in China, stars Bosco Wong, 42, Raymond Wong, 48, Chrissie Chau, 38, and Eddie Kwan, 61, and a whole host of other actors.

Though it wasn't explicitly said if the amount stated was for each episode or the entire series, netizens speculate that it's probably the former.

According to the list, Bosco earned 490K yuan (S$93K) for one ep while Raymond made 240K yuan (S$44.7K).

Yes, Bosco made double what Raymond did.

Chrissie, on the other hand, was paid 340K yuan (S$63K).

Meanwhile, Eddie earned 180K yuan (S$33.5K) while actors Kevin Chu, Derek Kok and Jones Lee were paid 120K yuan (S$22.7K), 210K yuan (S$39.1K) and 90K yuan (S$17K) respectively.

Hong Kong singer Alex Fong, who only had a small cameo in the drama, reportedly made 150K yuan (S$27.9K) for his work.

It's said the star's popularity in China was the determining factor on how much they got paid.
