Bernice Liu, 42, Says She Has "So Many" Suitors; Throws Shade At Billionaire Ex-Boyfriend
When asked what kind of man she's looking for, Bernice said she "can’t stand someone who thinks that it’s okay to be a part-time lover".
Last year, there were rumours that former TVB actress Bernice Liu had married billionaire businessman Calvin Lo when a friend posted a congratulatory message on social media to the pair. The message caught everyone by surprise because there had been reports that Bernice and Calvin had already broken up.
While Bernice, 42, declined to comment on her marital status, Calvin, who is reportedly worth S$2.3bil, quickly shut down all wedding talk in an interview and even went on to friendzone her.

Bernice recently opened up to Hongkong media about what really happened between her and Calvin, who is also in his forties.
While she didn’t badmouth her ex, reporters noted that she seemed to be pretty bitter about the relationship. Especially when she was talking about her current love life.
“I have so many suitors that I can’t even keep track of how many there are," she said during the interview. "When I choose a partner, I don’t care about how much money he has. Simple handmade gifts can touch my heart.”

When asked to elaborate on her criteria for picking a boyfriend, Bernice emphasised that she's looking for a "dedicated and mature man who knows what he wants".
“I’m a very traditional person and I can’t stand someone who thinks that it’s okay to be a part-time lover,” Bernice explained. “I don’t believe in jumping straight into love; rather, you have to treat each other with sincerity before you can even consider starting a relationship. Men who treat relationships like a game are no good.”
