Remember last year, when Taiwanese actress Ariel Lin declared that she’d be cutting back on work to start a family with her businessman husband Charles Lin? It was a decision that was very well-received by her fans as the 37-year-old star had mentioned on multiple occasions since she got married in December 2014 that she wants to have a baby.

Fast forward a year later, and although Ariel has stuck to her guns and turned down enough job offers that could have earned her enough money — so her manager claims — "to build several buildings”, her baby-making plans haven’t been smooth-sailing. The reason? She hasn’t seen Charles in two months.
