Anthony Wong Left Speechless After Lin Ching Hsia Praises Him At The Airport

Who knew that getting to meet former screen goddess Lin Ching Hsia would turn 61-year-old Hong Kong movie star Anthony Wong into such a fanboy?

Last week, Anthony, who was named Best Actor at the recent Golden Horse Awards, took to Facebook to share about his encounter with a "gorgeous lady" at the Hong Kong airport.

"A lady walked towards me, she was wearing a mask, but from her eyes [I] could tell that she's really elegant and cultured," he wrote.

He then wondered to himself: "She must have been a really gorgeous lady when she was younger."

Little did Anthony expect to get star struck.

According to Anthony, the lady went up to him and gently said: "I am Lin Ching Hsia, I want to tell you that you act really well, I shan't disturb you further." She then walked away.

Anthony said he was dumbfounded by what happened.

"What? Lin Ching Hsia?" he wrote. "I really couldn't believe my eyes and ears, I was in doubt for really long. It was only until I settled down on the plane that I accepted it," he said. 

So star struck was the usually cool Anthony, he had to immortalise the moment on social media. 

"Lin Ching Hsia praised me! I must definitely remember this interlude."

It's okay Anthony, we totally get it.
