Sometimes you look at a couple and can already tell how good looking their offspring are gonna be.

And the son of Hong Kong celeb couple Anita Yuen, 54, and Julian Cheung, 53, certainly did not disappoint.

Recently, the 18-year-old, Morton, nicknamed Mo Tung (which means "demon child" in Cantonese), made a rare appearance on his personal Instagram account.

Prior to this, Morton has stayed extremely lowkey, with his parents deliberately censoring his face whenever they post family photos.

This time, he unprecedentedly shared several video clips on Stories and, for the first time, a full-face selfie.

In the picture, Morton has prominent, well-defined double eyelids and his big eyes immediately reminded fans of his dad.

Netizens also noted that, on top of looking like his parents, Morton resembles Hong Kong actor Kalok Chow, best known for playing the role of Kam Sing-on in TVB long-form series Come Home Love: Lo and Behold.

No wonder his parents are so sure he’s popular with the ladies.

Last year, Julian joked that he hopes his son would bring a girlfriend home to meet him. He, however, didn't feel the need to teach Morton how to court girls, as he's aware his son is the "cool and handsome type".

From the recent videos he shared, Morton, who studied at the Hong Kong International School, also seems to be documenting his life abroad.

Anita shared her son's plans to study overseas last year but did not reveal where he will be pursuing his education.

The clips now show him forming a band and creating music with friends, which came as a surprise given that his mum once joked that he sings like he's “killing a chicken."

That said, Anita did acknowledge Morton's strong interest in music production.

"After university ends, he’ll have to face the world on his own. The most important thing is that he finds something he’s passionate about," Anita said previously.

"As an independent person, there’s only so much we as parents can do. He has to walk his own path," she added.

Ever considered letting him join showbiz then?
