Angelica Lee Says She Scared Mike He With How Forward She Was While Shooting Kissing Scenes For Her 2003 Music Video

Malaysian star Angelica Lee, 47, may be known for her Golden Horse-winning turn in 2002 horror flick The Eye, but before she lit up the big screen, she made her name as a singer.
She got her start in showbiz as a Mandopop star at 19 and went on to release five albums. Her last was Man & Woman in 2003.
Two decades on, Angelica is back with a new album Blossom.
She will also mark her return to music with a concert at the Taipei Music Center on July 22.
At a press conference earlier this week, Angelica shared that her concert has been a long time coming and she couldn’t help but feel a rush of emotions when standing on stage.
"Actually, I am very touched, and the feelings are from deep within. When I think of standing on the stage at Taipei Music Center, I start to tear,” she said.
She added that her team kept telling her to hold back the tears but the struggle is real 'cos she "never thought that [she] would return to the music scene, let alone hold a solo concert".

It will be a significant moment for Angelica and her six-year-old twin sons, Jiyun and Ziran, will be there to watch her perform.
While they have no idea that she is a big star and do not listen to her songs, they have seen the music video for ‘The Skirt Dancing To The Wind’ and can hum along to the song, shared Angelica.
During the press conference, Angelica also reminisced about her singer days and shared an anecdote about her music video for ‘Love Wrong’ which she starred alongside Taiwanese actor Mike He in 2003.
As there were many intimate scenes which required them to hug and kiss passionately, Angelica said that her bold and forward ways “scared” Mike, who was then a rookie.
“My acting was very realistic, and there were varying degrees of kissing. At that time, I was very engrossed in my role, and [Mike] probably felt that it was his first time acting and he had to kiss so passionately,” she laughed.
