The ‘Amy’ Behind Mrs Aaron Kwok & Mrs Wilber Pan’s Alleged ‘Pickup Artist Training Camp’ Slams Rumours: “Are You Saying Heavenly Kings Are Idiots?”
She also likened Moka Fang and Luna Xuan to Cinderella.
The mysterious ‘Amy’ lady who was said to be behind a ‘pickup artist training camp’ that supposedly helps women land rich and/or famous husbands has finally broken her silence.
Here’s a quick recap: not long after Taiwanese-American singer Wilber Pan announced his marriage to Chinese air stewardess Luna Xuan, businessman and billionaire heir Wang Sicong shared a cryptic post linking Luna and Hongkong Heavenly King Aaron Kwok’s wife Moka Fang to a “powerful” woman called “Amy Jie”. This led to the juicy exposé about the aforementioned training camp, which you can read in more detail here (don’t forget the popcorn).

While Aaron and Moka have since spoken out against the rumours — well, Moka in a more passive-aggressive manner — and moved on with their lives as if nothing ever happened, Wilber slammed all the nasty claims as “senseless” and Luna went radio silent on her socials for two months, but it looks like things have returned to normal for them as well.
On the other hand, ‘Amy’, whose real name is Hu Manyu, reposted the scans of her lawyer’s letter on her Weibo last month with the caption, “The internet is not a place for illegal activity. Not giving a response does not mean not taking action.”
In other words, gossip mongers have been duly warned… and they should be scared — there have been cases of such folks getting slapped with hefty fines in the past. But we digress.

However, it looks like she feels her initial reaction was not enough. Last Saturday (Oct 10), Manyu posted a short video of herself addressing the ‘training camp’ saga, which she labelled as “false information”.
“If you think it’s so simple to hold a training class for marrying Heavenly Kings, are you saying those Heavenly Kings are idiots?” she said. [Ed: Though she specifically used the term “Heavenly King”, the words can be broadly applied to any big celebrity). “It’s easy to make people envious when you marry a Heavenly King, so the whole matter can easily turn sour and become this huge public issue.”
Manyu then made comparisons to a certain famous fairy-tale. “Cinderella was slandered by those who couldn’t fit into the glass slipper. It is the dark side of human nature to not want to see others doing well. If you get your chance to shine one day, you will see that it is often those who were nice to you in the past who don’t want to see you succeed the most.”
That’s a really pessimistic way to view your friends, but okay
