A Look At A-Mei’s S$11.4Mil 3-Storey Taipei Luxury Apartment

The Mandopop diva bought three units which she combined into a large triplex and shares with her mum and sister.

Like many celebs, Taiwanese pop diva A-Mei has been investing in real estate for years and has quite an impressive property portfolio.

Besides building homes for her family in her hometown of Taitung, she also owns several multi-million-dollar properties in Taipei and New Taipei City.

Among her not-so-humble abodes are a NT$470mil (S$19mil) four-storey mansion in New Taipei City and a luxury condo in Taipei’s Tai’an Lienyun (pictured), which she bought in 2009.

She reportedly splurged NT$280mil (S$11.4mil) on three units on the 10th through 12th floors and combined them into a large triplex which she shares with her mother and younger sister, singer Saya.

The modern low-rise development, which has 18 units, is located near Da’an Forest Park and the singer was drawn to its peaceful, low-key ambiance.

According to reports, A-Mei designed the space with her family in mind.

Saya’s family lives on the 10th floor, mum on the 11th, and A-Mei occupies the penthouse on the 12th floor. The three levels are connected so the family can easily visit one another.

As these are the top floors in the building, there is exceptional privacy.

With a total space of 698 sqm, each unit features a private entrance and exclusive access.

It's located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
