Alien Huang’s Sister Posts Last Family Photo; Says She Regrets Taking So Few Pics With Him

The photo, which featured Ting Ting’s son Anson and their dad, was taken on Father's Day in August. Ting Ting, 30, wrote: “This is our last photo together. I regret that we have so few pictures together. I miss you."

In another poignant post, she revealed that she is not coping well with Alien's death and that “the pain of losing [him] is beyond [her] imagination”.

“I am not good. How can I be good when I have lost my older brother? But in order not to let him worry, I will try my best to become better,” she said.

“The pain of losing you is beyond my imagination. I don’t sleep well at night but I try to get myself to sleep because I don’t want to miss the chance of you visiting me [in my dreams]. But I know there are a lot of people you have to meet. I can wait. It’s okay that I am last, just as long as you remember to come.”

Alien and Ting Ting were very close. Their parents divorced when they were very young and Alien took care of his younger sister.

“I didn’t think much when people used to say how envious they were of me for having Alien Huang as a brother, because to me, it is normal for siblings to be like this. Now I finally understand. I am also envious of how I used to have such a great brother like you by my side, always protecting me under your wings,” she wrote.

She added that Alien has taught her a lot over the years, and now he is “teaching [her] what painful loss is”. “He likes to talk about principles… I will no longer be able to hear his long-winded principles again. In future, when it’s my birthday, no one will post ugly pics of me,” she reminisced.

“Our fate as siblings was not long enough in this lifetime but we were blissful and that’s all that matters. I miss you already.”
