Former TVB actress Christine Kuo, who is arguably best known for once dating Aaron Kwok, made headlines this week for a pretty embarrassing reason: The 37-year-old had to be rushed to the hospital when the iPad she was using fell on her face. P/S: We're sure Zhou Xun feels her pain.

Christine, who recently returned to Hongkong after visiting her family in Canada, was serving her quarantine in a hotel when the accident happened.
