Aaron Kwok Asks Fans To Guess What He Wrote In His Latest Calligraphy Piece But Nobody Has Any Idea What It Is

Last Sunday (Feb 27), Aaron posted a snap of one of his latest pieces (see below) and said that he was “practising a bit”.

He also cheekily asked his followers to “guess what word” he wrote, and well, we wouldn’t blame you if you took a look at the image and went: “That’s a word!?”

His followers were just as puzzled, with all kinds of guesses popping up in the comments section, from “dragon” (龙) to “Bruce Lee” (李小龙) to even “Ukraine must win” (乌克兰必胜).

Then there was someone with the username “I Teach Calligraphy In Xinjiang” who basically roasted Aaron’s skills by saying: “Let me come and teach you calligraphy, I beg you.” Or are they just a really big fan of the star and want an excuse to spend time with him?

The media also noted the huge heap of scrunched up paper at the top of the photo, which suggests that Aaron probably went through many discarded ‘drafts’ before settling on his final and very abstract result.

In any case, we wouldn’t be surprised if anything produced by the hand of the Hongkong Heavenly King — intelligible or not — would fetch a pretty penny at any art exhibition.
