How To Make Dalgona Coffee Ice Cream Using Paper Cups & Just 4 Ingredients

If you’ve tried making dalgona coffee — the #stayhome friendly whipped instant coffee drink from Korea that has taken the Internet by storm — you’d know it’s no walk in the park. Even with an electric mixer, it takes a fair amount of elbow grease to get the coffee + sugar + water all fluffy and luscious. And after all that arm-numbing work, there’s only enough foam for one cuppa. So not worth it. Inspired by the viral drink, we made a no-churn ice cream version of it with an almost equally short ingredient list and Instagram-worthy aesthetic. ‘Cos it’s frozen into paper cups for an ice pop look. The result is this fuss-free, four-ingredient dalgona coffee-style ice pop that’s rich, creamy and buzz-inducing at the same time. The texture is pretty smooth for a no-churn ice cream, thanks to the condensed milk, which adds body to it.
