Two Easter Champagne Brunches To Consider

The one-day ticketed event offers an all-you-can-eat feast spread across the Alley’s seven shophouse-inspired bars and restaurants. Some of the offerings at this brunch include Baked Shakshuka (Middle Eastern dish of eggs poached in spiced tomato sauce with peppers and onions), Prime Rib-Eye, Coq Au Vin and Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack. There will also be a seafood bar with Scottish Smoked Salmon, Boiled Canadian Lobsters and Red Snapper Tartare. A child-friendly selection of dishes — including Roasted Pumpkin Soup and Harissa Sausages — should please the little ones. Also unique to this holiday brunch is a chocolate fountain and Easter chocolates for the kids — plus unlimited glasses of Delamotte champagne, other wines and Andaz Pale Ale for the adults.

$168 per adult (free-flow alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages); $118 (free-flow non-alcoholic beverages); $59 for children aged 3-12 years. Available 1 April, noon-3pm. Andaz Singapore Hotel by Hyatt, 5 Fraser St, Level 25, S189354. Tel: 6408-1288. www.andazsingapore.com
