The craze for baked cheese tarts in Singapore is well and truly over. Bake Cheese Tart, the Hokkaido cheese tart brand that spawned an insane three-hour queue when they first opened here in 2016, will be shuttering their last Singapore outlet at Ion Orchard this November. At the height of its popularity, it also opened a short-lived branch at Westgate mall in Jurong.
