What To Expect At Tiffany & Co’s Blue Box Café In Singapore

Tiffany & Co has unveiled an extensive all-day dining menu developed in collaboration with chef Julien Royer, the chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred French restaurant Odette.

The menu blends classic American flavours inspired by Tiffany's New York roots with French culinary sensibilities and a dash of Singaporean flourishes.

What’s in the Breakfast at Tiffany’s set?

The signature Breakfast at Tiffany's set features a selection of viennoiseries, including a croissant, pain au chocolat or pain suisse, alongside baguette served with Maison Bellevaire butter and seasonal jam.

Rounding up the morning spread are fresh seasonal fruits, house-made granola with organic yoghurt and acacia honey, an Oita soft-boiled egg with Oscietra caviar and toasted brioche, as well as a lavender madeleine.

This posh brekkie also comes with a choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh juices. The price of this set is $78 per person.

Singapore-exclusive Tea At Tiffany's set

The café will also offer Tea at Tiffany's, an afternoon tea experience created exclusively for the Singapore market and presented on Tiffany's iconic multi-tiered tea stand.

The savoury selection includes cured Petuna trout and cucumber sandwiches, wagyu cecina rolls with black truffle, spicy egg mimosa sandwiches, potato millefeuille topped with Oscietra caviar, and aged Comté gougères.

Sweet treats include Yamanashi peach melba, pandan chouquettes, hazelnut chocolate rocks, calamansi tartelettes, canelés, madeleines and vanilla flan.

It comes with free-flow coffee, tea and soft drinks. The experience is priced at $98 per person.

Julien Royer adds his signature touch to all-day dishes

Beyond breakfast and tea, diners can expect elegant all-day dishes inspired by ingredients and flavours that frequently appear in Chef Royer's other restaurants.

Starters include Heirloom Beetroots, a dish centred around salt-roasted beetroot served with spiced almond streusel, fresh goat cheese, sorrel and acacia honey.

Another appetiser is the Tiffany Lobster Riviera Salad, which pairs blue Brittany lobster with baby gem lettuce, marinated peppers, a soft-boiled Oita egg and tomatoes from France's Loire Valley.

The Alaskan Spot Prawn 'Dumpling' features a raviolo-style dumpling served with wok-fried vegetables, kaffir lime and an Obsiblue prawn consommé said to evoke local flavours.

The menu also includes a signature Tiffany & Co Burger made with a proprietary blend of Wagyu and Angus beef on a soft potato brioche bun, topped with French tomatoes, lettuce and the café's secret burger sauce.

Fancy ‘chicken rice’ sold here

For mains, Chef Royer presents his refined interpretation of chicken rice in the form of Confit Yellow Chicken, paired with Niigata rice with a lightly burnt socarrat-like crust, grilled maitake mushrooms and crispy chicken skin.

The Patagonian Toothfish, meanwhile, comes with a beurre blanc-inspired sauce made with sake and seaweed butter, and is finished with pomelo, ikura and bok choy.

Desserts include the 'SniX', inspired by the Snickers and Twix chocolate bars, but starring Tiffany's signature 'T' motif, as well as Tiffany Island, the café's take on the classic French dessert Île Flottante (soft meringue on crème anglaise).

The Blue Box Café occupies the top floor of Tiffany & Co's newly renovated triplex boutique at Ion Orchard.

Expect plenty of Tiffany Blue and elegant tableware, of course.
