Japanese pancake specialist Riz Labo Kitchen has been through a lot of changes since it opened its first pop-up in Singapore in July 2018 at the defunct Japan Food Town. It’s famous for its ethereally fluffy soufflé pancakes, which are made with Riz Labo’s own proprietary rice flour (its name means ‘Rice Laboratory’ in Japanese).
