Dark, sexy, handsome and dripping with… chocolate fudge. We almost salivated on our keyboard when we saw the chocolate cakes on Instagram account A Peace of Cake ( @apoc.sg). The home-based bakery business, a well-kept foodie secret (till now), sells just one product: a French-style Chocolate Fudge Cake made with famed French choc manufacturer Valrhona’s 70 per cent dark chocolate block. It comes in three sizes: five-inch ($39, feeds four pax), six-inch ($49, feeds six pax) and seven-inch ($59, feeds eight pax).
