Omotesando Koffee Singapore — Worth The Hype Or Not?
We sample a few of the Japanese brand’s hipster cuppas and tell you.

Tokyo cafe Omotesando Koffee has become something of a legend among coffee lovers. Before the four-year-old brand shuttered in 2015 (as the traditional Japanese wooden house it was located in had to be torn down), fans trekked to its ulu location in a quiet Shibuya neighbourhood to savour their artisanal brews in a folksy setting. Its original Tokyo mothership is no more, but it still has two franchised branches in Hongkong, and now, a Singapore takeaway kiosk at Downtown Gallery. We try the brews here to see if they live up to all the hipster hype.
