Netizens React To KFC’s 1-For-1 Fried Chicken Exchange Policy, Complain About Food Quality & Loopholes
This is why we can’t have nice things.
Being served subpar food at an eatery can turn awkward real fast. You prod at your piece of undercooked meat, wondering whether to send it back or eat it and hope you don’t die.
To address that kind of dilemma, KFC Singapore launched a Colonel’s Guarantee programme yesterday (Feb 24).
It is a one-for-one exchange policy where customers can get a replacement for their uneaten or partially eaten chicken if they’re not satisfied with it.
Perhaps KFC has heard word on the street that people are squawking about the quality of its fried chook (like the shrinking size). A Reddit user comments: “KFC Chicken has shrunk so much. I’m not sure if they are selling chicken or pigeon.”
