Michelin Guide S’pore Announces Upcoming Eatery Additions In New Monthly Category
This means that new entrants for the upcoming edition of the Guide will be unveiled in monthly batches, instead of the usual yearly round-up.
The Michelin Guide Singapore has launched a ‘New’ monthly category to introduce upcoming additions to the guide. This ranges from fine-dining restaurants to hawker stalls, “regardless of the style of cuisine or the [type of] establishment”.
The entrants will be revealed every third Wednesday of the month via the Michelin Guide’s official website and app, where there will be a “New” symbol placed next to the eatery’s name. The first monthly batch of recommended eateries was announced today (Apr 20).
