Ex-Corner House Chef Sells Curry With Mum For Charity During Covid-19 Pandemic
From Michelin-starred gastro-botanical food to curry for a good cause.
While other chefs are struggling to save themselves during this circuit breaker month, Jason Tan — the former executive chef of one-Michelin-starred Corner House who left on 31 March to set up his own restaurant — is going out of his way to help others in need in the time of Covid-19. Between now and the September opening of his upcoming new restaurant, he's dedicating his time to cooking chicken curry to raise money for children and seniors during the current pandemic.
