Order the signature fried chicken plain or choose from two sauce options: the milder Sticky Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) or the fiery Spicy Flamin’, concocted from a blend of chillies. But it’s not all just wings here, the chicken comes in four sets, including the Black Belt ($8.50, a drumstick and three two-joint wings). Besides chicken, there are doughnut burgers like the Cluckin’ Good ($7.90), a lemongrass marinated chicken thigh fillet sandwiched between two sugar-dusted malasadas (Portuguese doughnuts) instead of regular buns.
