Doughnut And Pancake Sandwiches Worth Sinning For

One of three new pancake burgers available at Tiong Bahru Bakery. The smallish discs are light and fluffy, but lack squish. However, they hold up well to the ingredients stuffed into them. PB&B stands for, gulp, pork belly and banana. There’s a slab of spiced soy pork belly, torched bananas, crisp bacon, ricotta cheese, toasted peanuts, salted caramel and maple syrup. Sweet, salty, creamy, crispy, meaty and rather yummy — though we could almost feel our arteries clogging with every bite.

Available at Tiong Bahru Bakery (Raffles branch only), #B1-11/12 Raffles City Shopping Centre, S179103. Tel: 6333-4160.
