YU SHENG WITH A JAPANESE TWIST

A must-have at every Lunar New Year gathering, this celebratory dish is elevated with their signature Yuzu sauce. It is concocted with Japan's famous yuzu, specially imported from Kochi Prefecture. The Celebration Yu Sheng ($39.80; 2-3 pax), Bountiful Yu Sheng ($58.80; 4 to 6 pax) and Auspicious Yu Sheng ($68.80; 8 to10 pax) are served with Norwegian salmon.

Health-conscious individuals can opt for the refreshing 6 Treasures Fruits Yu Sheng ($62.80; 6 to 8 pax), which comes with Pomelo, Pear, Guava, Mango, Pineapple and Jackfruit. Salmon can be added at an extra charge.

Blessings Yu Sheng ($56.80 nett; 6 to 8 pax) is served with 6 pieces of Salmon, 6 pieces of Maguro, with the addition of Japanese Chuka Kurage (seasoned jellyfish) and Chuka Wakame (seasoned seaweed) as part of the base ingredients. 

Abundance Yu Sheng ($66.80 nett; 8 to 10 pax) is a fancier, bigger version that comes with 12 pieces of Salmon, 8 pieces of Maguro and 8 pieces of Sudachi Yellow Tail.
