This Valentine’s Day, the restaurant’s looking to help you up your game with a special V-Day dinner menu that’s only available on the 13th and 14th of February. This is no average Valentine’s Day meal either. Put together by head chef, John-Paul Fiechtner (Chef JP), whose approach to food is experimental, zero-waste, and full of surprises, this Valentine’s Day experience centres around chocolate. More specifically, it’s the cacao bean, done and presented in a dozen surprising ways.
